Job Description
LAT Dentistry / Dr. Lindsay Thorn is seeking a FULL TIME RDH, to begin Nov 3.
We offer a transparent compensation model that rewards quality care, efficiency, and team work.
Pay structure:
Base hourly: $50/hr
Typical total earnings: $53–$68/hr with production-based bonuses
Days are 7:45 AM - 4:30/5 PM 4 days per week. The candidate must have graduated from an accredited RDH program and have an active, non-restricted license. The RDH will actively develop relationships with patients and have good case presentation skills to discuss diagnosis and treatment options.
We now have Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT)!
LAT Dentistry is focused on quality patient care and overall culture. We are only interested in candidates who have a drive to be a part of our culture. We would like candidates who are interested in paid travel for paid CE, regular training sessions, and team development.
We are offering a career, with wonderful benefits, a bonus structure that results in $1-8/hr in additional pay, and a great team. We are NOT offering a "grind" corporate position. We want people who are looking for longevity and stability.
