Schedule
This is a full-time position with a four-day workweek Monday- Thursday.

Monday–Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities
As a Dental Hygienist at Twin Cities Periodontics, you will play an important role in providing exceptional periodontal care and creating a positive patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing thorough, compassionate periodontal hygiene care
Performing periodontal assessments and charting
Educating patients about periodontal health, oral hygiene, and home care
Providing personalized patient education and treatment recommendations
Building trusting relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visits
Communicating clinical findings and patient concerns with the periodontist and clinical team
Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
Supporting an efficient clinical schedule and patient flow
Following infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
Working collaboratively with doctors, assistants, and the entire practice team
Maintaining a positive, professional, and welcoming environment

A Licensed Dental Hygienist in good standing

Comfortable working as part of a collaborative specialty team
A strong communicator who enjoys educating patients
