Job Description
An established family oriented private dental office is in need of an experienced dental insurance specialist. We are only taking PPOs and private pay, No HMO, not a high volume mill. Minimum 1 year experience is required in order to run a smooth operation. Please do not respond if you don't have any previous dental experience. Front Desk Administration:
Greet and welcome patients with warmth
Manage check-in efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider time.
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the practice management system.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
Knowledgeable in PPOs dental insurance
