Stone Road Family Dental, conveniently located in the Stone Road Mall, is seeking an outgoing, energetic individual to join our talented team as a dental assistant in training. We are a flourishing, busy office, family friendly medical clinic. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic learner, can multi-task efficiently and will bring a positive overall energy to complement our friendly environment.

DUTIES
Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and update medical history as necessary
Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar
Perform dental receptionist duties as needed
SKILLS
Experience in dental assisting, including knowledge of dental instruments and procedures an asset
High school diploma a must; post grad experience as asset
Strong communication skills both verbal and writen
Proficient computer skills
Able to learn while doing and follow direction easily
