We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Dental Patient Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant dental practice near Downtown Seattle. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will ensure a smooth flow of patient care, from scheduling appointments to explaining treatment plans and coordinating with clinical staff. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.

Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software, coordinating with clinical staff to optimize patient flow.

Review and verify patient medical records, insurance information, and treatment plans to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Explain treatment options clearly to patients, addressing questions about procedures, costs, and insurance coverage.

Manage medical billing and collections, including processing payments and following up on outstanding balances using systems like Epic, Meditech, or Athenahealth.

Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies when handling patient information.

Collaborate with dental providers to facilitate care plans, document procedures accurately.

Handle phone communication professionally, scheduling appointments and answering patient inquiries with clarity and empathy.

Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and managing medical records efficiently to support daily clinic operations.

Skills
Excellent communication skills; demonstrating outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Computer literacy
Ability to handle medical administrative support tasks such as filing, scheduling, and managing medical records efficiently.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and care plan coordination.
