Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator – Dental Experience or Training Required

About the Role
We are looking for a positive, organized, and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist / Dental Administrator who understands the flow of a dental office and enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and cared for.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a busy team environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Greeting and communicating with patients
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule
Coordinating insurance, estimates, and predeterminations
Processing payments and supporting patient financial discussions
Managing recalls and follow-up communication
Supporting the clinical team with administrative needs
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous dental reception / dental administration experience, or completion of a dental reception / dental administration program
Strong understanding of dental office workflow
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
A positive, team-focused attitude
Reliability and professionalism
Experience with dental software such as Tracker, Cleardent, Dentrix, AbelDent, or similar systems is considered an asset.
New graduates from a dental reception or dental administration program are welcome to apply if they are eager to learn and grow with our team.
