Cascade Lakes Urology is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Medical Receptionist to join our collaborative team. You’ll work alongside Dr. Neeb, Dr. Johnson-Mitchell, Dr. McKimmy, and Suzanne La Lande, PA-C, helping create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors or calls our office.

As the first face patients see and often the first voice they hear, you play an important role in setting the tone for their entire experience with our practice. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a busy but supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
Every day is different, and you’ll be an important part of keeping our office running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
Warmly welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
Answering and managing a multi-line telephone system
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Verifying insurance information and benefits
Checking patients in and out
Collecting co-pays and out-of-pocket payments when applicable
Answering patient questions and directing concerns appropriately
Completing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks
Communicating professionally with patients, providers, and coworkers
Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Comfortable discussing co-pays and out-of-pocket expenses with patients
Someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and patient care
At least one year of medical office experience is preferred, but we are most interested in finding the right person to join our team.

Schedule
Full-time | Monday–Friday
After training and once you are comfortable working independently, you will be responsible for opening the office.
