Job Description
Fast-paced office based on the north side of Indianapolis (Nora Area) is in search of a professional and experienced Front Office Receptionist for a full-time position 40 hours per week.
Duties include answering phones, scheduling patients, checking patients in/out, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, billing, calling patients with overdue balances and all other duties assigned.
If you have worked in a high volume medical setting we want to meet you!
Interested in an applicant that is looking to learn and grow with us long term. Please only apply if you are computer savvy, can type at least 45 words per minute, can multitask, and can answer a multi-line telephone and you are comfortable making collection calls to patients.
This position will be based out of our Indianapolis office but you must be able to travel (with our office carpool) to other locations (Tipton once a week, Batesville once a week).
At least 2 years of medical office experience is required.
Pleasant/positive phone personality and attitude.
