We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to join our growing practice.

Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients in a warm, courteous manner
Manage multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries
Collect and process patient information, including insurance details
Assist with billing and payment procedures
Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring patient forms and documents are readily available
Communicate effectively with dental staff and patients
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus, but we welcome candidates without experience who are eager to learn
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly recommended (but not required). If you speak a second language, please indicate which language in your application.
