Our Chicago office is a busy PPO/Fee For Service practice with a strong patient base and a high demand for advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry. We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Prosthodontist to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, comprehensive cases in a collaborative and supportive environment that prioritizes quality care over production quotas.

Our practice is equipped to support advanced treatment planning and multidisciplinary dentistry, including full mouth rehabilitation, All-on-X implant cases, veneers, cosmetic smile makeovers, implant restorations, and complex restorative treatment. Position Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients’ oral health, including teeth, bone, occlusion, implants, and periodontal tissues
Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans for complex restorative and cosmetic cases
Perform advanced prosthodontic procedures including:
Full mouth rehabilitation
All-on-X implant restorations
Veneers and cosmetic smile design
Implant-supported prosthetics
Fixed and removable prosthodontics
Complex restorative treatment planning
Collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary care
Educate patients on treatment options, oral health conditions, and long-term maintenance
Interpret CBCT scans, x-rays, digital scans, and diagnostic records
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Ensure patient comfort by providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Position Requirements:
Valid Dental License in the State of Illinois
Completion of an accredited Prosthodontics residency program
Experience with:
All-on-X cases
Veneers and cosmetic dentistry
Full mouth rehabilitation
Implant restorations
Complex treatment planning
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Strong understanding of restorative and cosmetic dentistry principles
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
