Job Description
A private dental office in Kyle has an opening for a Registered Dental Hygienist. We focus on comprehensive care and best patient experience possible for our 3-doctor practice. We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, ready to learn person to join our team. If you are tired of commuting to Austin or towards San Antonio, Kyle is a easy commute. This may be the perfect job and schedule for a working mom.
Our office is a high tech office , including the use of laser dentistry for hygiene and restorative. Eaglesoft & Itero experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Very reliable, feels personal responsibility for their work and performs well in a professional atmosphere.
Provide superior patient care and service; exhibit outstanding customer service and hospitality as well as chairside manner.
Take radiographs of patients using standard radiographic equipment.
Educate patient on oral hygiene, health disease as well as procedures and services; establish/communicate continued care.
Applying preventative materials to teeth such as fluorides and sealants.
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Dental Hygienist License
Certification for other duties as required by state practice act
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training as required by law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to work well as a team
