We're looking for a full-time Orthodontic Receptionist to join our growing team in Miami Lakes!
Our front desk is the first and last impression every patient has of our office. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, personality, and a great attitude to work every day.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Orthodontic Receptionist, you'll help every patient feel welcomed and cared for from their very first phone call. You'll:
Provide a positive, welcoming experience for every patient and parent
Take new patient phone calls
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify insurance benefits
Accept patient payments
Communicate with outside dental offices
Handle other front desk duties to keep the office running smoothly
Travel to our Westchester and North Miami offices as scheduled
Location & Travel
This position is based primarily at our Miami Lakes office. Our team travels to our Westchester (Miami) office twice per month and our North Miami office once per month, so flexibility and reliable transportation are important.
Schedule
Full-time | Standard hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Select days run 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM to accommodate our patients' schedules.
We also work one Saturday per month from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
Compensation
Starting at $20/hour, based on experience.
