We are seeking individuals with a proven commitment to attendance, accountability, and follow-through. Candidates should be able to manage stress effectively, remain productive during busy periods, and consistently meet their scheduled commitments.

Clinical & Administrative Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
Sterilization and infection control procedures
Taking orthodontic records, including digital scans, photographs, radiographs, and impressions
Fabricating retainers and preparing orthodontic appliances
Setting up treatment areas and preparing instruments for patient appointments
Cleaning, organizing, and restocking clinical workspaces
Charting patient visits and documenting procedures
Providing oral hygiene education and appliance care instructions
Assisting with orthodontic procedures, including bracket placement support and wire changes as permitted by training and regulations
Managing clinical inventory and supply organization
Communicating with patients and referring dental offices when needed
Supporting front desk operations and patient scheduling as needed
Full-Time Schedule (Variable Days in Summer)
Wednesday through Friday
Two Saturdays per month
Office Hours:
Odessa Clinic: 7:20 AM – 5:40 PM
Independence Clinic: 7:40 AM – 5:40 PM
