Full-time RDH

Job Summary:
We are hiring a full time Registered Dental Hygienst for our busy Pediatric Dental Practice. Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. We are a paperless office so only computer knowledgable need apply. We are a privately owned large practice that prides itself in personal care and attention to our patients. We allow are Dental Hygienists the time to complete a quality recare, not 15 minute increments like most large practices. Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing

- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and assessments

- Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral health instructions

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history and treatment plans

- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique throughout all procedures

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality

- Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements:

- Valid state RDH license

- Proficiency in dental practice management software

- Experience working with patients of all ages

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
