Job Description
There is no such thing as "just a receptionist" at our clinic. They are a vital part of the care team that help patients smoothly navigate their overall experience with us.
Dakota Dermatology is seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team. Shift is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Periodic travel with the team may be requested to support outreach clinics.
Our independent dermatology practice is fast-paced, team-driven, and patient-focused. This multi-tasking position works with the reception team to greet and check-in patients, schedule appointments, answer calls and route messages, maintain EMR records, collect payments, and collaborate with the clinic to help address patients' needs.
Pay scale is $17.50-$21.00 per hour with consideration for skills and experience.
Benefits package includes PTO, insurances (medical, dental, vision, disability, life) and 401k plan with generous 12% employer contribution.
