We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist/Physio Aide to join our healthcare team. This role is vital in providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting clinical operations within a busy medical and dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare administration and patient care.
This job is in office: 12pm-7:30pm Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays and
7:30am-2:30pm Tuesday and Thursdays
Must be available for all posted shifts
Duties
Greet patients and visitors professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment
Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance information and updating records
Prepare treatment rooms and assist clinicians during patient visits as needed
Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Ensure the clinic remains organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies
Support billing processes and insurance claims submissions
Entering Deposits and collecting unpaid balances
Skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and providers
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with a focus on patient confidentiality and customer service excellence

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
