Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Full-Time | Serenity Dental | Winnipeg, MB
Are you looking for a practice where you can enjoy coming to work each day?
At Serenity Dental, we are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. As one of our valued team members is relocating to another province, we are excited to welcome someone who is positive, dependable, and enjoys working in a supportive, patient focused environment.
We are a modern, fully digital dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and comfortable setting. We value teamwork, professionalism, continuous learning, and creating a workplace where every team member feels respected, appreciated, and supported.
Schedule
This is a full-time position that includes:
Two evening shifts per week
Two Saturdays per month
Technology You'll Work With
Digital radiography
CBCT imaging
iTero Lumina digital scanner
Invisalign Platform
SprintRay 3D printing
Professional dental photography for treatment planning, patient education, and case documentation
Fully digital clinical workflow
Services We Provide

We're Looking For Someone Who
Is a Registered Dental Assistant licensed in Manitoba
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for
Is organized, reliable, and detail oriented
Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience
Experience with Invisalign, digital scanning, or dental photography is an asset but is not required. We are happy to provide training to the right person.
