Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
A progressive, patient-centered dental office in North Texas is looking for a friendly and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join its collaborative team. The practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a comfortable, welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
Position Overview
As an RDH, you will play an important role in promoting oral health through preventive care, patient education, and clinical support. You’ll work alongside the dentist and team to provide personalized, high-quality treatment while helping maintain efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities
Provide dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services
Evaluate patients’ oral health and maintain accurate clinical records
Capture and interpret digital radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment options
Identify potential restorative or specialty care needs and communicate findings to the doctor
Assist with patient communication, scheduling, and overall office coordination when needed
Qualifications
Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
Strong understanding of dental hygiene procedures and patient care standards
Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental or similar systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused mindset
