Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist | $58 - $70/hr and $2,000 Signing Bonus
No early mornings. No late nights. No weekends. No corporate nonsense.
Promenade Dental Care is a woman-owned private practice in Bergen County where everyone actually likes coming to work. We're looking for a hygienist who wants to stay somewhere long-term, not just fill a chair.
We are the opposite of corporate dentistry. Dr. Furman is the sole dentist. You'll know every patient by name. You'll have time to do your job well. And you'll work alongside a small, tight team that genuinely supports each other. We value you as a provider and as a person. There is no drama here. Ever.

Your schedule: Four-day work week, daytime hours only (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). And we never send you home because the schedule is light or the doctor is out. If you're scheduled, you're paid.

About the office: We're a high-end family practice equipped with the latest technology to help you do the best job possible as efficiently as possible: digital radiography, iTero scanner, and Dentrix. The office is modern, well-maintained, and designed for doing good work without feeling rushed.
What we're looking for: A registered dental hygienist with an active NJ license who takes pride in patient relationships, not just production numbers. We welcome experienced hygienists and will also consider strong recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow with our team. You should be someone who values quality over volume and wants to be part of a practice where your work matters. We are looking for someone who is coachable and wants to be the best version of themselves.
