The Role
We are seeking a General Dentist with strong clinical fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for comprehensive and aesthetic dentistry.
The ideal candidate is confident yet humble, clinically driven while patient-centered, and excited to grow within a modern, high-touch private practice environment.
This role requires someone who can:

What You’ll Own
Clinical Care & Diagnosis
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and treatment planning
Deliver high-quality restorative and preventative care
Diagnose and communicate treatment clearly and confidently
Maintain strong clinical standards and attention to detail
Collaborate with specialists and clinical team members where appropriate
Patient Experience
Create a calm, welcoming, and elevated patient experience
Build long-term patient trust and relationships
Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
Help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout treatment
Collaboration & Team Integration
Work collaboratively with assistants, hygienists, coordinators, and leadership
Support operational flow and schedule efficiency
Contribute positively to team culture and morale
Maintain professionalism, accountability, and reliability
Growth & Continuing Education
Stay current with advancements in dentistry, aesthetics, and patient care
Continue developing clinically and professionally
Contribute to the long-term growth and evolution of the practice

Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active New York Dental License
Minimum 2-3 years of private practice experience post-residency
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Comfortable with:
crown & bridge
restorative dentistry
aesthetic restorations
root canal therapy
Preferred/Strong Plus
Cosmetic case portfolio
Advanced continuing education training
Kois Center training
Smile Design / Smile Institute coursework
AACD coursework or aesthetic-focused continuing education
Experience within high-end private practice environments
Schedule
Minimum availability of 2 weekdays preferred
Schedule to be determined based on operational needs and provider availability
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on experience, clinical scope, production capability, and overall alignment with the practice.
Compensation structure may include:
daily guarantee
production-based compensation
