General Dentist – Full-Time Opportunity (Boutique Private Practice in Forest Hills)
We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and personable General Dentist to join our boutique-style private dental office in Forest Hills. This full-time position is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality dentistry, a warm patient experience, and a collaborative team environment.

As a key member of our practice, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while upholding exceptional standards of clinical excellence, infection control, and patient safety. We are looking for someone who is presentable, knowledgeable, has a warm bedside manner, and is passionate about delivering an elevated patient experience.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough patient assessments, including detailed dental examinations, medical history reviews, and oral health evaluations.

Deliver a wide range of general dentistry services such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, and all types of root canal therapy with confidence and skill.

Develop comprehensive treatment plans and effectively communicate care options to patients with clarity and compassion.

Maintain meticulous dental and medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and office protocols.

Collaborate closely with team members to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient, seamless patient flow.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care strategies, and long-term oral health maintenance.

Follow strict infection control protocols and sterilization procedures to ensure the highest standard of safety.

Accurately manage dental and medical terminology within EHR systems, specifically Eaglesoft.

Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a dental office setting with strong knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures.

Strong treatment planning skills and the ability to assess and manage patient care independently.

Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft.

Solid understanding of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to dentistry for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Must be a team player who contributes positively to a supportive and professional office culture.

Pay: $750-$900 per day + 35% comission on collections
