Ensure strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are followed to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Collaborate with specialists in periodontics and orthodontics as needed for comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term oral health.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws while managing medical documentation efficiently.
Requirements
Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing.
Proven experience in general dentistry within a dental clinic or healthcare setting.
Proficiency with dental practice management software
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis procedures.
Familiarity with infection control standards and sterilization techniques aligned with OSHA guidelines.
Excellent communication skills for patient care education and team collaboration.
