Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality treatments, foster positive patient relationships, and uphold the highest standards of infection control and medical documentation. Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.

Utilize dental terminology effectively to explain diagnoses and treatment options to patients clearly and confidently.

Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret radiographs to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery to provide cutting-edge care.

Skills
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards.

Experience in pediatric dentistry and providing care for pediatric patients is highly desirable.

Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and other complex procedures confidently.

Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment, education, and comfort.

Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and understanding of oral anatomy for accurate diagnosis.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records confidentiality and security.
