General Dentist – Connecticut
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated General Dentist to join our growing dental practice in Connecticut.

The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, developing long-term relationships with patients, and delivering comprehensive dental treatment in a professional and collaborative environment.

Our practice offers the opportunity to perform full-scope general dentistry in a modern, state-of-the-art dental office, supported by an experienced clinical team, advanced technology, digital imaging, and efficient practice systems.

Responsibilities
The General Dentist will:
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
Develop and present individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs
Provide a broad range of general dentistry services, including:
Preventive and comprehensive dental care
Restorative dentistry and fillings
Crowns and bridges
Root canal therapy
Simple and surgical extractions
Dentures and partial dentures
Cosmetic dental procedures, when applicable
Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative staff
Follow all OSHA, infection-control, safety, and clinical protocols
Maintain high standards of patient care and professionalism
Stay current with advancements in dental techniques, materials, technology, and continuing education
Qualifications
Required:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Connecticut dental license in good standing
DEA license or ability to obtain one
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient-care abilities
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
Preferred:
1–3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records
Ability and confidence to perform a broad range of general dental procedures
Strong treatment-planning and case-presentation skills
