As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Associate to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy, well-established practice with strong leadership, a supportive culture, and significant room for professional and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide comprehensive dental care, including oral surgery, endodontics, crowns, veneers, and restorative treatments
*Build lasting relationships with patients by delivering compassionate, comfortable care
*Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and support staff to achieve clinical and practice goalsStay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training
Qualifications
*Active dental license in the state of Minnesota
*Experience providing a broad range of dental proceduresStrong clinical skills with attention to detail and precision
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growing practice environmentCommitment to exceptional patient care and long-term practice success
