How You'll Succeed:

Provide high-quality dental care, including the delivery of diagnostic, preventative, restorative, and surgical dental care services to patients
Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
Adhere to established procedures and all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care while educating patients, guardians, and support staff while maintaining patient records according to compliance standards
Utilize modern dental technologies to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
Education: Must have a Dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited School of Dentistry.
Experience: Demonstrate clinical proficiency in various dental procedures, strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using modern dental technologies and a willingness to stay updated through continuous education are essential.
Communication: Strong ability to effectively communicate with patients and dental team is fundamental. Clear and compassionate communication will be pivotal in fostering patient relationships, understanding their needs, and collaborating seamlessly within the dental team.

Continuous Learning: Proficiency in using modern dental technologies and a willingness to stay updated through continuous education are essential.
