Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing dental terminology and medical records to develop personalized treatment plans.
Utilize dental imaging technology and medical imaging techniques to diagnose oral health issues accurately.
Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with patients to educate them on oral hygiene practices and treatment options, fostering a positive patient experience.
Document all procedures and medical information precisely within electronic health records systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Assist in dental fabrication processes and perform endodontic procedures with proficiency in root canal therapy.
Execute dental extractions and oral surgery procedures efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Practice four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and comfort during procedures.
Adhere to all dental office policies related to infection control, medical documentation, and confidentiality standards. Experience
Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with a strong understanding of general dentistry practices.
Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Hands-on experience performing dental procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles and experience caring for pediatric patients is highly desirable.
Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to oral health is essential.
Experience implementing infection control protocols and aseptic techniques within a clinical setting.
