Responsibilities
Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans.

Conduct various dental procedures such as dental examinations, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placements.

Utilize advanced dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for accurate medical documentation and record-keeping.

Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.

Communicate clearly with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions using appropriate dental terminology.

Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists to deliver comprehensive patient care in a team-oriented environment.

Stay current with the latest developments in general dentistry by participating in ongoing education related to pediatric dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery.

Requirements
Valid state license to practice dentistry with current DEA registration if applicable.

Proven experience in general dentistry or dental clinic experience demonstrating proficiency across multiple procedures.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, medical imaging techniques, and infection control standards.

Familiarity with dental software platforms such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for managing electronic health records effectively.

Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, prosthodontics fabrication, orthodontic procedures, and oral surgeries confidently.

Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care and education.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to all healthcare diagnosis protocols and medical documentation standards.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
