Your Responsibilities
As a General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while building long-lasting relationships with patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health.
Responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals
Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental care
Perform fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, and other general dental procedures
Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care
Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide an exceptional patient experience
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Continuously pursue excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes
Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Virginia dental license in good standing
Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software preferred
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities
