Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Duties
Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations, medical history reviews, and oral health evaluations.
Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists during four-handed dentistry to optimize patient care efficiency.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Maintain detailed records of all procedures performed using dental terminology and adhere to medical records standards.
Skills
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, and prosthodontics.
Experience in pediatric dentistry and pediatrics-related treatments is highly desirable.
Excellent understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Ability to perform oral surgery procedures with precision while maintaining aseptic technique.
Knowledge of infection control standards and sterilization processes within a dental clinic environment.
