Job Description
Associate Dentist – Private Practice | $15K Monthly Guarantee | $300K+ Potential | PPO/FFS | No Weekends.
Experienced Associate Dentist opportunity in a thriving private practice in the San Antonio area.
We are a modern PPO / Fee-For-Service dental office with a strong long-standing patient base, excellent fee schedules, and a highly productive hygiene program.
This position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, strong patient relationships, and practicing in a supportive environment with modern technology.
Compensation & Income Potential:
$15,000 monthly guarantee (full-time).
Tiered collections bonus structure.
Realistic earning potential $250K$300K+.
Quarterly bonus opportunities.
Strong PPO & Fee-For-Service patient base.
No low reimbursement insurance plans.
Consistent patient flow and strong case acceptance.
Clinical Environment
Our offices are designed for efficiency, quality dentistry, and excellent patient care:
Cone Beam CT (CBCT).
CEREC same-day dentistry.
Digital workflow.
Modern operatories.
Strong hygiene program feeding doctor production.
Experienced assistants and well-trained front office team.
Clinical Scope
We are looking for a dentist comfortable with:
Comprehensive treatment planning.
Molar endodontics.
Surgical extractions.
Restorative dentistry.
Crown & bridge.
Implant restorations (a plus but not required).
Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
Active Texas dental license or eligibility.
Strong communication and bedside manner.
Commitment to high-quality patient care.
