Here at Dr. Big Smilez we are seeking a friendly, motivated, team oriented dentist who is able to work in or willing to relocate to Alton, TX (paid relocation/sign on bonus available for the right candidate). Our ideal candidate will joining an established, high volume practice. All new grads are encouraged to apply. Our mission is to deliver outstanding service to patients in a fun and safe environment. Our goal is to educate our patients regarding the importance of proper oral hygiene and how it results in an overall healthier lifestyle. Affordable dental care to everyone is one of our main missions, along with building a strong relationship with our patients. We are dedicated professionals who work with our patients to make their dental visits more satisfying and memorable.
· +$200k earning potential. $500-$800 daily guarantee based on experience.

Our practice offers flexible schedules to help maintain work/life balance. No saturdays. Our ideal candidate should be willing to treat children. Mentorship is available to all candidates in all aspects of dentistry such as but not limited to:
· Restorative
· Prosthodontics
· Oral Surgery
· Periodontics
For all candidates looking for ownership, our office does offer a partnership program after one year of employment.
· Must have current dental license
· DMD or DDS required
· DEA and CPR needed
