Seeking General Dentist Associate in Lower Mills part of Dorchester!
We are seeking an enthusiastic, talented, and skilled General Dentist Associate for our rapidly expanding, privately owned dental practice located in the Lower Mills area of Dorchester. Our practice is dedicated to delivering top-quality dental care within an enjoyable, respectful, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
-Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, restorative dentistry, and preventative care.
-Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose oral health issues, and formulate effective treatment plans.
-Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and office protocols to guarantee patient safety and satisfaction.
-Collaborate with a team of dental professionals in supporting a positive and productive work environment.
-Stay up to date on the latest techniques, technologies, and best practices in dentistry through continuing education and in-practice training.
Qualifications & Skills
-DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
-Active dental license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain one).
-Solid background in general dentistry, with experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and a variety of other dental procedures.
-Strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care and building lasting patient relationships.
-Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Dedication to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
