Smile Haus Dental Studio is a modern dental practice in Mesa, AZ, and we’re looking for a kind, confident, patient-centered Associate Dentist to join our growing team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a doctor who is:
Confident providing comprehensive general dentistry
Warm, personable, and genuinely enjoys connecting with patients
Comfortable with restorative procedures, crowns, bridges, RCT, and extractions
Excellent treatment plan presentations
Committed to excellent clinical care and patient education
Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team
Has the leadership qualities required to manage multiple assistants and multitasking skills needed for a productive workflow.

Open to feedback, continued learning, and growing clinically
Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
A good communicator with both patients and the dental team
Looking for a long-term home, not just another place to fill a schedule
What we Require
DMD or DDS - from accredited dental school
AZ Dental License - in good standing
Malpractice Insurance - valid/active
DEA License - valid/active
Experience with implants, surgical extractions, endo, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, or IV sedation is a plus, but not required.

The Details
Position: Associate Dentist
Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday 8AM to 5PM - Part-time to start (Full time potential for the right candidate)
Compensation: Compensation is set at $800 daily guarantee for 90 days then 30% of production - the more dentistry you are willing to do, the more you’ll make!

Benefits: To be discussed based on tax election (1099 or W2)
