Join Our Multi-Location Dental Practice in Maryland!
We are a busy, multi-doctor dental group with locations in Wheaton, Langley Park, and Gaithersburg, MD, seeking a compassionate and driven Associate Dentist to join our growing team. We serve a large Spanish-speaking community and are looking for a provider who is either bilingual or comfortable working with Spanish-speaking patients while our staff translates.
We focus on comprehensive general dentistry, with a strong flow of bread-and-butter procedures — but we also welcome dentists who are interested in more advanced treatment including endo, oral surgery, prosthodontics, or cosmetic work. You’ll have the clinical autonomy and support to grow your skills and pursue your interests.
What We Offer:
Busy schedule with double-booked operatories and full assistant support
Flexible schedule – full-time or part-time available
Mentorship available for new graduates or early-career doctors
Clinical freedom in treatment planning

Who We’re Looking For:
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Licensed to practice in Maryland
Solid clinical foundation in general dentistry (restorative, endo, etc.)
Willingness to collaborate with team and contribute to patient-first care
Motivated to grow personally and professionally — we’ll support your development!
Services You Can Expect to Provide (and grow into):
Routine exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges
Root canals, simple extractions (and surgical if you're comfortable and/ or willing to learn), and dentures
Implant restoration, cosmetic work, and more — depending on your skillset and interests
