We are a busy, established dental practice in Thunderbay Ontario seeking a highly motivated dental associate to join our amazing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care alongside our team of dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, cleanings, and restorations, root canals, crowns etc.
Ensure patient comfort and answer their questions throughout their visit
Maintain a sterile and organized treatment area
Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Document procedures and patient interactions accurately
Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent degree
Valid dental license to practice in Ontario
Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Current CPR
Assets:
Experience with digital dentistry technology
