Job Description
General Dentist
We are looking for a general dentist to join our busy, established practice. We're part of a locally owned dental group with three offices across Kern County and the Santa Clarita Valley, a patient base of 10,000+, and a steady flow of new patients every month.
The role
Provide comprehensive general dentistry — exams, restorative, crowns, extractions, and treatment planning
Focus on patient care while an experienced clinical and front-office team handles the rest
Modern, fully digital office running on Curve Dental
What we're looking for
Active California dental license (DDS or DMD)
Current DEA registration and malpractice coverage
Strong clinical skills and a patient-first chairside manner
New graduates welcome — mentorship available from our owner-dentist
What we offer
Competitive compensation: [daily guarantee and/or % of Production]
