Join Our Private Group Dental Practice in Bakersfield, CA!
Capital Dental Group is an established private practice in Bakersfield, CA, serving our community for over 30 years. This is not a clinic - it's a place where you'll be expected to diagnose your own treatment, provide patient care, and direct your team. Our office accepts PPO and Cash Pay, but no HMO or Denti-Cal. With over 500 new patients per month and a reputation for care and convenience. We have the volume to drive your schedule forward and be mentored by an experienced doctor.

Job Details:
Location: Central Bakersfield, CA - perfect for those who enjoy a vibrant community with easy access to mountains, ocean and desert. It is more affordable than Los Angeles or San Francisco and is one of the fastest growing communities in California.
Schedule: Full-time, 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week, and weekend availability required (one weekend day per week).
