Associate Dentist Opportunity — Advanced General Dentistry | Partnership Track | High Income Potential
We are seeking a confident, growth-oriented Associate Dentist to join our established and technology-driven practice in Bensalem. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to expand beyond routine dentistry and build advanced clinical skills in a modern, high-producing environment.

Clinical Requirements
Candidates should be comfortable performing:
General restorative dentistry
Fixed and removable prosthodontics
Anterior and premolar endodontics
Basic oral surgery
Implant restorations
Licensing & Credentialing
Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania dental license
DEA license and malpractice coverage ready prior to start date
Preferred:
Existing Pennsylvania PPO credentialing/enrollment (allows for faster onboarding)

Compensation & Growth
Compensation based on collections: 32%–35%
Expected earnings:
Part-time: approximately $150,000–$180,000+
Full-time: approximately $230,000–$250,000+
Biweekly compensation structure
Future partnership opportunity available after 12 months for the right candidate
Schedule
Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Alternating Fridays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
