Conduct a wide range of dental procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants with precision and aseptic technique.
Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients, ensuring informed consent and client understanding.
Maintain meticulous medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA standards and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care through four-handed dentistry techniques that enhance efficiency and comfort.
Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, ensuring a sterile environment during all procedures.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in general dentistry, including endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics, to provide innovative treatment options.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare diagnosis protocols and dental office policies while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for patients.
Skills
MUST be Fluent in Korean and English (Required)
Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and billing purposes.
Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to oral structures and oral surgery procedures.
Expertise in performing complex procedures like root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and implant placement with excellent technical skills.
Exceptional client communication skills to build trust and ensure patient comfort throughout treatments.
Ability to interpret medical imaging accurately for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques critical for safe practice.
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles for treating young patients effectively.
Understanding of orthodontic principles for assisting in orthodontic treatments when necessary.
Ability to navigate electronic health records efficiently while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
