Job Description
McDaniel Family Dental is looking for a general dentist to join our private practice in Blue Springs, Missouri.
We are a busy, established practice with a loyal patient base and a strong focus on comprehensive, high-quality dentistry and exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a dentist who wants to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while continuing to grow clinically and professionally.

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
4-day work week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Monthly guaranteed compensation base to provide stability while you build your schedule

Wants to become a long-term member of a private practice—not simply pass through
Experience is preferred, but we are open to the right candidate who has the mindset and desire to grow. An ideal candidate may already have advanced training or have a strong interest in developing skills in oral surgery, endodontics, and pediatrics.
