General Dentist

Part time Associate Dentist needed for our Established dental / Med-spa practice. This is a fantastic, brand new state of the art office with all digital technology. We have a very good name within our community, and this reputation provides a steady flow of quality new patients. We refer very few procedures out, but have a close team of specialists that we work with to accomplish a wide range of treatment options for our patients.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, outgoing individual to work along side a great team with two current dentists, three hygienists and a full medical spa team. Our team culture and office energy are second to none.

The perfect candidate for this position will be innovative, have high energy and foster collaboration throughout the office. Our office core values are accountability, positivity, and generating long term relationships. Compensation:
We offer a daily minimum pay so that income can be provided regardless of the schedule or the clinicians ability to tx or perform immediately. We are ideally searching for a trail partner, or someone who is willing to develop the working relationship into a part of our ownership. . Daily compensation is based on the experience of the provider, ranging between 29-32% of collections, which on average is 99-100%. Some mentoring and training is available for the right person.
