General Dentist – Cambridge Dental Center
Cambridge, MA
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated General Dentist to join a well-established, growing dental practice. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while working in a supportive, high-performing environment.
The role offers the ability to focus on clinical excellence, supported by a team and infrastructure designed to streamline operations and enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical/dental histories, exams, and diagnostic imaging
Develop and clearly communicate patient-centered treatment plans
Perform a full scope of general dentistry procedures, including:
Restorative treatments
Extractions
Root canal therapy (endodontics)
Prosthodontics
Minor oral surgery
Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Adhere strictly to infection control and sterilization protocols
Collaborate with clinical team members in a four-handed dentistry environment to maximize efficiency and patient comfort
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and clinical best practices
Qualifications & Experience
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active state dental license (or eligibility)
Proven experience in a dental practice setting
Strong proficiency across general dentistry procedures
Experience with dental software platforms (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic)
Solid understanding of infection control and patient safety protocols
Excellent communication skills with a patient-first, empathetic approach
Pediatric dentistry experience is a plus
