Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our well-established, community-focused practice serving Central Wisconsin for over 40 years. With several offices located throughout the area, we are known for our strong reputation, high-quality patient care, and preventative yet comprehensive dental philosophy.
Our practice is equipped with modern technology including Carestream CBCT imaging, panoramic radiography, and prosthodontic scanners.
Compensation & Incentives
Base salary: $180,000 - $220,000 + depending on experience or production bonus of 33%
High earning potential with strong patient flow
Partnership/buy-in opportunity available

Malpractice insurance fully covered
Health insurance stipend: $700/month
Life Insurance
401(k) retirement plan and profit sharing
CME Allowance: starting at $2,500+
Annual education stipend
License, DEA, and approved professional subscriptions covered
Short/Long-term disability
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin.
Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental terminology, medical documentation, and dental office procedures.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate clearly using medical terminology.
