Job Description
Do you love working with children and helping create positive dental experiences that last a lifetime? We’re looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic general dentist to join our welcoming practice!
Our nonprofit pediatric dental practice is seeking a second dentist to join our team.
At Community Dental Center, we believe dentistry is about building trust, confidence, and lifelong relationships with our young patients.
What We Offer:
A warm, supportive, child-centered practice serving children with Medicaid

Modern facilities and a positive work environment
Full-service general dentistry for patients ages 1–20, including restorative treatment, oral surgery, endodontics, stainless steel crowns, permanent fixed prosthodontics, and recall exams
Competitive compensation and benefits after a two-month probationary period
Opportunities for professional growth and development
A Monday–Thursday work schedule
Highly skilled and experienced dental assistants
Full-time position includes PTO, a 401(k) with a 3% employer match, and health insurance 100% covered by the employer
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Is passionate about pediatric and teen dentistry
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys creating a fun, comfortable environment for children and families
Is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care
Works well as part of a collaborative team
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Virginia
Important: The candidate must be credentialed with DentaQuest. We are willing to sponsor your credentialing; however, the process can take up to three months, and your offer of employment will be contingent upon completion of the credentialing process.
Willing to work alongside an experienced dentist; new graduates are welcome to apply!
