Job Summary
We are a quality oriented private dental office acceptong PPO insurances and fee-for service (No HMO nor Medi-Cal). We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform smiles while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, infection control, and patient safety. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through accurate assessments, effective treatment planning, and precise execution of dental procedures.
Duties
Perform a wide range of dental treatments including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, extractions, and prosthodontic procedures.
Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing medical and dental terminology to diagnose oral health issues accurately.
Utilize dental imaging technology and anatomical knowledge to develop effective treatment plans.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures to safeguard patient and staff health.
Collaborate with patients to educate them on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while following all OSHA guidelines for infection control and safety standards.
Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Dentist with active DEA registration if required.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols.
Skilled in four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort during treatments.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment plans clearly.
