General Dentist – Rural Healthcare Clinic in Crescent City, CA
Full-Time | $225,000 + Incentives | Up to $9,000 Relocation Reimbursement
Our expanding Rural Healthcare Clinic in Crescent City, CA is seeking a General Dentist to join our dedicated, mission-driven team. Nestled between the redwoods and the Pacific Ocean, Crescent City offers an unmatched quality of life with outdoor adventures, stunning natural beauty, and a welcoming small-town atmosphere.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary : $225,000 per year
Incentive bonus based on patient volume
Relocation reimbursement up to $9,000
Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more
Supportive team environment committed to patient-centered care
Health Insurance Premiums paid at 100% for employee and dependents
Dental, Vision, and Chiropractic coverage included
Retirement Plan: 401(k) plan with a 4% match after meeting the required hours to enroll.
Schedule Details:
12-hour shifts | Sunday–Thursday | 27 - 33 hours/week on rotation
8 am - 8 pm Sun - Thurs and Fridays 8 am - 2 pm

Preferred Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Active California Dental License
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Prior experience working with Medi-Cal patients
Credentialed with Medi-Cal or eligible for credentialing
Passion for serving under served and rural communities
