Job Description
Job Overview:
Our practice operates Monday through Saturday and features three fully equipped operatories. We have a collaborative team of general dentists and dental specialists, allowing us to provide comprehensive care under one roof. Our specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, implant dentistry, and other advanced dental services.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on their treatment options.
Provide high-quality restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and removable prosthetics.
Perform root canal therapy (RCT).
Experience with routine and surgical dental extractions is preferred.
Diagnose and treat emergency dental conditions.
Collaborate with our in-house general dentists and specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical records using Open Dental software.
Follow all OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines.
Work efficiently with experienced dental assistants using four-handed dentistry.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active California Dental License in good standing.
Current DEA registration (or eligible to obtain one).
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience performing root canal therapy is highly preferred.
Experience with routine and surgical extractions is a plus.
Invisalign certification is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is competitive and based on the candidate's clinical experience, the procedures they perform, and their overall skill set.
Daily guarantee and/or percentage of collections, depending on experience and qualifications.
Modern digital office with CBCT, digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, and advanced technology.
Established patient base with a consistent flow of new patients.
Experienced and supportive clinical and administrative team.

Flexible part-time schedule (2–3 days per week).
