Job Description
Total Compensation range: $165k-$180k

We're partnering with a well-established, mission-driven community health organization seeking a General Dentist to join its collaborative dental team in the Bronx. This is a great opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients, practice comprehensive dentistry, and make a lasting impact in an underserved community.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive preventive, restorative, and diagnostic dental care for patients across the lifespan.
Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the teeth, gums, and surrounding oral structures.
Develop individualized treatment plans while educating patients on oral health and disease prevention.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, primary care providers, and specialty clinicians to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Ensure infection prevention protocols and quality standards are consistently followed.
Promote a welcoming, respectful, and culturally responsive patient experience.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational goals related to community health.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
Active New York State dental license (or eligibility for licensure).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
