What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive exams and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality care across preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced procedures
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive strategies
Collaborate with an experienced team of hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless care
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all practice standards
What We're Looking For:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
Vermont dental license, or eligibility to obtain
2+ years of experience preferred, but not required - new grads are welcome to apply
Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
A team-player mentality and desire to contribute to a positive, productive office culture
